TECHNICAL AUTHORITY

- Final approval authority for:
- Critical designs
- Recent product development
- Solve complex engineering challenges
- Drive standardization & modular design approach

INNOVATION & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

- Lead R&D; and new product development

Improve existing machines for

- Efficiency
- Cost reduction
- Automation
- Stay updated with latest technologies & trends

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION

- Work closely with:




- Sales (for techno-commercial discussions)
- Projects & execution teams
- QA & validation team
- Participate in client meetings for technical discussions

QUALITY & COMPLIANCE

- Ensure designs comply with:
- GMP / USFDA / EU standards
- Implement design validation and review systems

TEAM DEVELOPMENT
