About the Role

Hi-Tech Robotics Systemz Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Vehicle Architecture & Packaging Engineer to work in office at our client location, ITL Sonalika, Hoshiarpur. The candidate will be responsible for vehicle concept development, complete vehicle layout and architecture, packaging, digital mock-up activities, and design evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain concept layouts and complete vehicle architecture.
- Perform vehicle-level packaging studies considering space, functionality, manufacturability, serviceability, and integration requirements.
- Develop and evaluate 2D/3D vehicle layouts and support various design iterations.
- Perform DMU (Digital Mock-Up) activities to check component integration, clearances, interference, and accessibility.
- Coordinate with various engineering teams for integration of systems and components within the vehicle package.
- Identify and resolve packaging and integration issues during the product development cycle.
- Support DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)



activities and identify potential design-related risks.
- Prepare and review engineering layouts, design concepts, and technical documentation.
- Use UG NX for 3D modelling, assembly, packaging, and design/layout activities.
- Conduct interference and clearance checks using 3D/DMU environments.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical inputs for improving vehicle architecture and packaging.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of complete vehicle architecture and layout.
- Hands-on experience in vehicle packaging and component integration.
- Good knowledge of DMU / Digital Mock-Up.
- Working knowledge of DFMEA and design risk assessment.
- Hands-on experience with UG NX / Siemens NX.
- Good understanding of 3D assemblies, clearances, interference checks, and design integration.
- Knowledge of automotive/tractor product development processes.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in vehicle architecture, packaging, layout, DMU, or automotive/tractor design.
