Role & responsibilities

- Monitoring shift wise Production Plan Vs actual
- Controlling machine breakdown by autonomous maintenance
- Creating clean & neat shop floor by following 5S & 3C Standards
- Reviewing Production records (Operator Log, Autonomous check sheet, Line inspection reports, QC Inspection result)
- Evaluating operator skill and updating skill matrix
- Conducting operator appraisal review
- Reviewing daily rejection & root cause analysis
- Monitoring OEE / Controllable & Uncontrollable losses
- Developing Kaizen Improvement Ideas
- Monitoring safety near miss incidents & Tacking actions
- Creating reports and presentation material for top management meeting
- Conducting Layer process audit for 5S, SW Elements in HPS process document Updation by periodically and issue based (Quality issue).

Preferred candidate profile

- VMC & HMC working knowledge.'(aluminium machining )
- CNC Program knowledge is mandatory
