Role Purpose Responsible for undertaking day to day activities for monitoring purpose.





Role Accountability

1. Monitor of all financial as well as non financial process
2. Perform Root Cause Analysis and sharing insights with stakeholder for process enhancement fix
3. Build controls for processes being run on various platforms outside Cardone i. e. V+ etc.
4. Review all process SOPSs and approaches
5. Identify opportunities for overall customer experience improvement
6. Prepare reports and ensure monitoring/ audit reports are completed and distributed, following an audit/ monitoring, in accordance to established milestones and timelines
7. Prepare reports and MIS dashboards as per stakeholder requirements
8. Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion
9. Perform process documentation and compliance adherence
