Through knowledge of CPC and CrPC
Through knowledge of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996;
Through knowledge of Indian Contract Act;
Development of knowledge of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), European Union Regulations (EUR), Rules of International Chambers of Commerce (ICC) etc.;
Drafting of various agreements such as:
1. Sale purchase agreement,
2. Joint Venture Agreement (JV),
3. Technology Transfer Agreement (ToT),
4. Memorandum of Understanding (MoU ) etc.;
Preparation of:
1. power of attorney,
2. undertaking,
3. affidavits,
4. legal notice etc.;
Looking after Court Cases in coordination with our legal advisors;
Vetting of various types of agreements such as Non-Disclosure agreement, MOU, JV, sale-purchase contract etc.
Such other matters as may be assigned;
Maintenance of Agreement Register.
