Deputy Manager- Architecture Design
Experience Level-8-10 years
Qualification-Bachelor’s degree (B.Arch) or Master’s degree (M.Arch) in Architecture
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of architectural concepts for hospitality, residential, or commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, 3D models, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Support in client presentations, design reviews, and obtaining necessary design approvals.
- Work closely with consultants and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Ensure adherence to local codes, zoning laws, and project specifications.
- Manage documentation, BOQs, and basic project coordination under guidance of senior team members.
