Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our Corporate & International Tax Team. The role offers exposure to Corporate and International Tax related advisory and compliances services including cross-border restructuring and transactional advisory services. Our multi-disciplinary practice provides 360-degree client support across day-to-day tax advisory & compliances, tax withholding, transactional level tax & FEMA implications, cross border tax restructuring, etc. while maintaining effective client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide corporate tax advisory and compliance support for clients across industries.
2. Assistance in income-tax litigation with tax authorities
3. Advise clients in tax planning and analyze implications of cross-border structuring and international transactions
4. Analyze tax implications under domestic laws and Double Tax Avoidance Agreements (DTAAs).
5. Advise on tax and regulatory requirements of overseas jurisdictions, including treaty interpretation and regulatory frameworks.

Handle tax compliances including preparation and filing of tax returns and other statutory reporting for corporate and non-corporate clients.
7. Conduct and review of Tax Audits for corporate clients.
8. Advise on TDS withholding obligations, including section 195 compliance for payments to non-residents.
9. Oversee TDS return filings, tax provisions preparation, and review of tax accounting entries.
10. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver holistic solutions to clients on transaction taxation, restructuring, and repatriation matters.

Requirements :
1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong academic background.
2. 2–4 years of relevant experience in Corporate Tax / International Tax / FEMA / Transaction Advisory.
3. Solid analytical skills with ability to interpret tax treaties and complex regulations.
4. Excellent communication and drafting skills for effective client advisory and documentation.
5. Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, quick-paced, client-focused environment.
