- Lead banking operations including project approvals and scheme approvals with multiple banks
- Ensure timely disbursement, collections, and revenue realization from banking partners
- Act as single point of contact for all bank-related escalations, resolving within defined TAT
- Manage end-to-end home loan lifecycle from login to final disbursement
- Maintain MIS for sanctioned, disbursed, and undisbursed cases to improve conversion ratios
- Support site sales teams with instant eligibility checks and loan feasibility to close deals on spot
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with PSU & Private Banks
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for faster turnaround
