Position: Digital Marketing Executive/Manager

Department: Marketing & Business Development

Location: Sankalp Hospital, Ambikapur

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase hospital visibility and patient engagement.
Manage Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Create and coordinate content for healthcare services, doctors, treatments, packages, and hospital activities.
Manage Google Business Profile, online reviews, and reputation.
Plan and monitor paid advertising campaigns and optimize them for leads and patient enquiries.
Track website traffic, social media performance, leads, and campaign ROI.
Coordinate with doctors and departments for healthcare-related content and promotions.
Support patient acquisition, brand awareness,



and business development initiatives.
Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.

Qualification & Experience
Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare/hospital industry.
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, Google Analytics, and social media management.
Robust communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹10,073.04 - ₹25,000.00 per month
