Key Responsibilities
Assemble electronic components, PCBs, wiring, cables, and sub-assemblies as per drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
Perform soldering, desoldering, crimping, wiring, and connector assembly.
Operate production and testing equipment safely and efficiently.
Conduct functional, electrical, and visual inspections of electronic assemblies.
Troubleshoot and repair PCB and electronic assembly issues.
Use test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and electronic testers.
Identify defective components, soldering issues, wiring errors, and assembly defects.
Follow ESD, safety, quality, and production procedures.
Maintain accurate production and test records.
Support first-piece inspection, rework, and repair activities.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations in positive condition.




Follow 5S and other continuous-improvement practices.
Meet daily production targets while maintaining required quality standards.

Required Qualifications
ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, production, testing, or repair.
Positive knowledge of electronic components and basic circuits.
Hands-on experience with soldering and PCB assembly.
Ability to read circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
Basic troubleshooting and fault-finding skills.
Familiarity with ESD handling and workplace safety procedures.

Pay: ₹30,086.00 - ₹35,694.10 per month
