- Operate DPM, e-DPM, DMS, i-Assist, and CDAS
- Monitor margin
- Process margin pledge, re-pledge, and unpledge(CDSL/NSDL)
- Execute dematerialization and rematerialization within timelines
- Manage pay-in/pay-out
- Prepare daily MIS reports
