Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the F&V; category, ensuring efficient inventory management, quality control, and vendor relationships.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products to meet customer demands.
- Develop and implement strategies for category growth through sourcing/procurement, assortment management, and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of service excellence.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Solid understanding of fruits & vegetables market trends and consumer behavior.
- Excellent inventory management skills with ability to analyze data for optimization.
- Proficiency in procurement processes from farm level to final delivery at retail stores.
