Role Description The Demand Generation Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. The role involves supporting demand generation campaigns by assisting with planning, execution, and performance tracking across multiple channels.

Daily responsibilities include conducting market and audience research, helping design and run lead generation programs, and monitoring campaign metrics to optimize performance. The associate collaborates with marketing and sales teams to qualify leads, maintain accurate pipeline data, and provide regular reports on campaign outcomes.



This position also contributes to testing recent tactics, refining targeting, and ensuring that all activities align with client objectives and Lidespy’s data-driven marketing standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Marketing Analytics and strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and evaluate campaign performance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and Marketing Campaign Management to plan, execute, and optimize demand generation initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze target markets, buyer personas, and competitive landscapes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and operations teams.
- Proficiency with common marketing tools or CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in B2B marketing or demand generation.
- Interest in SaaS, technology, and data-driven marketing, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and tools.
