In this position, the Courier Delivery Partner is responsible for picking up, transporting, and delivering packages safely and on time to customers and business locations. Daily tasks include planning delivery routes, verifying shipment details, maintaining accurate delivery records, and handling packages with care to prevent damage or loss.

The role also involves interacting with customers in a professional manner, obtaining necessary confirmations or signatures, and providing basic information or support when needed.

Requirements

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle inquiries, and maintain a courteous, professional attitude.

- Valid driving licence.
