Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a Delivery Manager for Technical Service Delivery, you will oversee the efficient delivery of technical services to clients and play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction and driving operational efficiency. You will guide the technical services team, analyze performance, and implement improvements to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

- Operational Efficiency: Experience in driving operational efficiency and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth in technical services delivery.
