Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager – Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment delivery, lead a team of recruiters, and ensure timely fulfillment of client hiring requirements.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in a recruitment agency, staffing firm, RPO, or talent consultancy, along with proven expertise in team management, client coordination, recruitment operations, and closure management.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery

- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for multiple clients and requirements.
- Understand client requirements, JDs, skill sets, and hiring priorities.
- Ensure timely submission of qualified and relevant candidates.
- Monitor the recruitment pipeline from sourcing to interview, selection, offer, and joining.
- Drive recruitment closures while maintaining candidate quality and TAT.
- Handle both high-volume and niche hiring requirements.

Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters/recruitment consultants.
- Allocate requirements based on team members' skills, workload, and expertise.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Track individual and team performance against KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Motivate the team to achieve sourcing, interview, selection, and closure targets.

Client Management

- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers regarding recruitment requirements and priorities.
- Maintain robust and professional client relationships.




- Participate in client calls and requirement discussions.
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, recruitment progress, and closures.
- Resolve delivery-related issues and ensure a positive client experience.
- Understand market availability, salary trends, and candidate expectations.

Recruitment Operations

- Maintain and review recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reports.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics such as submissions, interviews, selections, offers, joining ratios, TAT, and closures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure proper and timely usage of ATS and recruitment databases.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and follow internal recruitment processes.

Candidate Requirements
- 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency/staffing environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling or recruitment team management.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience managing multiple clients and recruitment requirements.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment targets and closures.
- Good knowledge of recruitment KPIs, ATS, databases, and reporting.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced recruitment environment.
