We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with strong experience in startup / scale-up IT services or SaaS organizations, particularly someone who has built and scaled delivery teams and managed international clients.

Key Requirements

- 15+ years of overall IT experience with strong Delivery / Program / Account leadership experience.
- Must have worked in a startup / small-to-mid-sized IT services or product engineering company.
- Proven experience of starting with a small team/project (~5 people) and scaling it to 50+ members.
- Strong experience managing US and European clients, preferably SMB / mid-market clients with 100- 300 employees.
- Strong end-to-end delivery ownership across multiple projects/programs.
- Experience managing SaaS / software product delivery is preferred.
- Strong client-facing and executive stakeholder management experience.
- Experience conducting WSR, MBR, QBR,



Steering Committee and client presentations.
- Proven ownership of CSAT / NPS / customer satisfaction.
- Experience in portfolio governance, resource planning, utilization, revenue and P&L; management.
- Proven experience in margin improvement / profitability improvement.
- Robust account growth, up-selling, cross-selling and client expansion experience.
- Ability to work closely with Sales / Pre-Sales for account growth and new opportunities.
- Technical background with good understanding of architecture, technical solutioning, code reviews and software engineering.
- Experience building delivery processes, teams and governance from the ground up.
- Strong leadership experience across Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product and PMO teams.
