We are looking for a Delivery Head to own the predictable, profitable delivery of client projects and internal product initiatives across immersive technology, realtime 3D, interactive platforms, simulations and high-fidelity visualization.

Key responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery from approved scope to client sign-off, ensuring clear plans, accountable owners and reliable releases.
- Convert scope, commercial commitments and client requirements into delivery plans, milestones, resource plans, dependency maps and review calendars.
- Lead Project Leads, Coordinators and cross-functional Unreal, 3D, design,



engineering and QA teams across multiple concurrent projects.
- Maintain delivery visibility across schedule, scope, effort, budget, risk, feedback, approvals and change requests; escalate early with a clear recovery plan.
- Run client delivery governance: kick-offs, regular status reviews, MOMs, approval tracking, expectation management and change-control discussions.
- Protect delivery quality through defined hand-offs, version control, QA gates, acceptance criteria and release readiness.
- Manage capacity, resourcing and priorities across teams; identify hiring, vendor or process needs before they become delivery bottlenecks.
- Build and continuously improve lightweight delivery systems, dashboards, templates and operating rhythms that teams will actually use.
- Report delivery health, commercial risk, utilization and key decisions to leadership; drive corrective action to closure.

What we are looking for:

- 8–12 years of delivery, programme or project leadership experience in technology, creative production, digital products, real-time 3D, gaming, simulation, visualization or a related delivery environment.
- Proven ownership of multiple complex client projects with cross-functional teams, changing requirements and senior stakeholders.
- Strong command of planning, resource management, client communication, risk control, scope/change management and operational reporting.
- Comfortable with tools and workflows for delivery tracking, documentation, review/approval and production pipelines.
- Direct, structured communicator with sound judgement, commercial awareness and a habit of solving problems before they become escalations.
- Chennai-based full-time role.
