About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Data Warehouse Architect to lead the design and implementation of a up-to-date enterprise data platform as part of a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration and transformation program. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Data Warehouse Architecture, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform, Big Data technologies, Data Modeling, and Enterprise ERP integrations.

This role will be responsible for architecting a centralized reporting and analytics ecosystem, ensuring scalability, performance, governance, and business intelligence capabilities across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and lead enterprise-wide Data Warehouse and Analytics solutions.
- Drive the implementation of a modern data platform using Microsoft Fabric.
- Design and implement Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Marts, and Enterprise Data Models.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade Data Warehouse, Lakehouse, and Analytics platforms handling large data volumes, complex data models, and business-critical reporting requirements.
- Hands-on experience in establishing scalable data architecture, governance, performance optimization, and data integration frameworks for enterprise-wide analytics ecosystems.




- Lead integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications into the centralized data platform.
- Define enterprise data architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Design scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Services and Fabric.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate reporting and analytics requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, security, compliance, and performance optimization.
- Guide engineering teams on architecture, development standards, and deployment strategies.
- Work closely with leadership teams to drive data modernization initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Have

- 12+ years of experience in Data Warehouse and Data Platform architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
- Extensive experience in Azure Data Platform Services:
- Azure Data Factory
- Azure Synapse Analytics
- Azure SQL Database
- Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS)
- Azure DevOps
- Expertise in:
- Enterprise Data Warehouse Design
- Data Modeling
- Star & Snowflake Schema Design
- Data Governance
- Master Data Management (MDM)
- Experience handling large-scale Big Data environments.
- Expertise in Data Integration and ETL/ELT Architecture.
- Experience with Power BI and Enterprise Reporting platforms.
