Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head – Inside Sales to lead and scale our inside sales operations across India. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in B2C / telesales, sales operations, team management, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and process improvement, preferably within the Agriculture, AgriTech, FMCG, Consumer, or related sectors.

The candidate will be responsible for building a high-performing inside sales organization, driving revenue through telecalling and digital channels, improving conversion rates, and establishing scalable sales processes.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
