Prepare and process IPD bills, including room charges, doctor consultation fees, procedures, investigations, pharmacy and other hospital services.
Manage patient admission, discharge and final billing procedures.
Prepare accurate final bills and ensure timely discharge of patients.
Coordinate with TPA and insurance departments for cashless and insured patient billing.
Verify billing entries, advance payments, outstanding balances and refunds.
Coordinate with nursing staff, doctors, pharmacy and other departments to ensure accurate billing.
Handle patient and attendant billing queries professionally.
Maintain daily billing reports, payment records and outstanding payment details.
Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and maintain accurate documentation.
Work efficiently with Hospital Management Software (HMS/HIS).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
