About The Role We are currently seeking an experienced Data Scientist to join our dynamic team at Anson McCade. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects across various industries, utilizing advanced analytics, machine learning, and large-scale data science techniques.

As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with consulting professionals and clients to understand complex business problems and develop innovative data-driven solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights, deploying scalable machine learning models, and supporting ongoing AI initiatives. This hands-on position requires strong technical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in quantitative analysis, with relevant academic credentials and practical experience. A degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Econometrics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or Informatics is essential.

Candidates should have between 2 to 6 years of professional experience in data science, analytics,



or a closely related discipline. Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks like scikit-learn, PyTorch, or similar tools are required.

Experience with MLOps practices, including scalable deployment, model management, and automation, is highly desirable. Knowledge of large-scale distributed computing, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization tools like Docker and Git will be advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex mathematical and machine learning concepts to diverse audiences.

A thorough understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques, as well as model interpretability and explainability, is critical.

Experience with modern AI/LLM frameworks, including OpenAI technologies, will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with consulting teams and clients to understand complex business challenges and translate them into effective data science projects.
- Define, prioritize, and execute analytical solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement tools and processes for data acquisition, extraction, transformation, and management of large and complex datasets.
- Design, prototype, and evaluate machine learning models across diverse data types and scales, from small datasets to billions of data points.
- Apply a variety of machine learning techniques, including classification, clustering, regression, and deep learning, to solve real-world problems.
- Create scalable, reusable models, frameworks, and components that can be deployed across different industries and functions.
- Support MLOps practices by deploying, monitoring, and maintaining production machine learning workflows.




- Utilize model explainability and interpretability techniques to ensure models are transparent and stakeholders can understand their outputs.
- Work collaboratively with engineering teams to deploy robust, scalable solutions in production environments.
- Share technical knowledge and best practices with colleagues and the wider data science community to foster continuous learning.
