From strategic planning to the final acquisition and management of the client's portfolio.CRIF also allows consumers to access their credit information and assists them in making more secure decisions in credit and real estate markets.*· Own and keep under constant review all the firm’s data protection compliance arrangements to include updating policies and guidance, centralizing processes and putting in place robust, time-bound remedial plans where necessary.· Partner with all key business areas, such as the Infosec, Legal team, ERM, Business Analysis, Product Owners and development teams etc., to ensure data privacy issues are considered at the outset of new projects, products, and initiatives.· Monitor the industry landscape to keep visibility on evolutions, trends, and best practices related to Data Privacy with a desire to broaden knowledge on key pieces of Indian privacy legislations.· Expertise in global data privacy laws including GDPR/CCPA/CPRA and related practices such as DPIAs, TIAs, RoPA etc.· Should have experience implementing and/or managing a data privacy platform such as OneTrust, BigID, etc.· Demonstrated expertise in establishing and/or managing DSAR (Data Subject Access Requests)
