Job RoleWe are looking for a Data Migration Specialist to help our team migrate customer data from existing accounting systems and Excel files into Metro Accounting System.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect and understand data from clients.
- Review and clean customer data before migration.
- Prepare and format data using MS Excel.
- Map client data with Metro Accounting System.
- Import and verify migrated data.
- Identify and resolve data-related issues.
- Coordinate with clients and the internal team during migration.
- Maintain proper documentation of migration activities.




- Provide basic guidance to clients regarding data preparation.

Requirements
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Good English communication and speaking skills.
- Positive attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Basic understanding of accounting data is an advantage.
- Ability to work with large amounts of data.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and work with accounting/ERP software.
- Freshers with good Excel and communication skills can also apply.
