Profile: Data Entry (MIS)

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, back-office operations or MIS reporting
- Prior experience in the jewellery, retail or manufacturing industry is preferred

Roles:
- Enter, update and maintain accurate data related to stock, sales, orders, purchases and billing
- Maintain daily records of jewellery inventory, including item codes, weights and quantities
- Prepare and share daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports with management
- Verify and cross-check data against source documents to ensure accuracy
- Track and reconcile stock movement between departments, vendors and showrooms
- Maintain and update Excel sheets, trackers and databases
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned teams to resolve them
- Ensure data confidentiality and maintain proper filing, both physical and digital
- Support management with data analysis and ad hoc reporting requirements
- Coordinate with accounts, sales and production teams for timely data updates

Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA or BCA preferred)
- Certification or diploma in computer applications or MS Office is an added advantage
