Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, monitor and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, data-driven and comfortable working with performance metrics, campaign testing, budget optimization and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant platforms.
Manage campaigns across TOFU, MOFU and BOFU stages.
Develop campaign structures based on products, audiences, customer segments and business objectives.
Manage campaigns for key product categories, particularly Whey, Nitro and ISO.
Monitor and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, CPA, revenue and conversion performance.
Identify opportunities to scale high-performing campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
Manage Google Search, Shopping/PMax, Display, YouTube and remarketing campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and optimize search campaigns around product, category, competitor and high-intent queries.
Plan and execute Facebook and Instagram campaigns, including prospecting, retargeting and customer acquisition.
Test different creatives, hooks, messaging, offers,



audiences and landing pages.
Analyze creative-level and campaign-level performance to identify winning combinations.
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, ad copy, audiences, offers, landing pages, campaign structures and bidding strategies.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Analyze customer acquisition funnels and identify areas for conversion improvement.
Assist in budget planning, allocation and daily spend monitoring.
Work closely with Growth, Marketing, Creative, Content, E-commerce and Product teams.
Maintain dashboards and reporting systems for campaign performance.
Continuously identify prospects to improve CAC, ROAS and conversion rates.

Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media or Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Solid understanding of full-funnel digital marketing & performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rate.
Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and performance dashboards.
Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
