We provide end-to-end support for students aspiring to study abroad, including counseling, application guidance, and university placement.Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and student-focused Study Abroad Counselor to guide prospective students through the process of studying overseas.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personalized counseling to students interested in studying abroadGuide students in selecting suitable countries, universities, and programsAssist with application processes, documentation, and deadlinesOffer support on visa procedures and interview preparationBuild and maintain solid relationships with students and parentsStay updated on international education trends, universities,



and visa regulationsAchieve counseling and enrollment targetsMaintain accurate student records and follow-ups using CRM toolsRequirementsBachelor’s degree1–2 years of experience in study abroad counseling or a related fieldStrong knowledge of international education systems (preferably European Destinations )Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently in a remote setup as wellHighly organized with robust attention to detailWillingness to transition to an onsite role in the futurePreferred SkillsExperience working in a startup environmentFamiliarity with CRM systems and digital counseling toolsSales-oriented mindset with a passion for helping students
