Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day plant engineering and maintenance. Handle mechanical/electrical machinery and equipment. Troubleshoot breakdowns and minimize plant downtime. Plan and supervise preventive maintenance.
Monitor machinery performance and safety. Manage technicians/operators and allocate maintenance work. Maintain maintenance, breakdown and spare-parts records. Coordinate with vendors and external service engineers.
Support production team in resolving technical issues. Ensure plant equipment is operated and maintained safely. Prepare regular maintenance and technical reports.
