MEP Costing & Planning Engineer (Can also have Tendering Knowledge)

Preferred Key Responsibilities Preparation & verification of MEP RA Bills, client bills and subcontractor bills Quantity measurement, BOQ preparation and reconciliation MEP project planning, scheduling & progress monitoring Preparation of BOM, BOQ and cost estimates Coordination with project/site teams for billing and planning requirements Monitoring project progress against planned schedules Preparation of MIS, billing statements and progress reports Tendering, estimation and rate analysis knowledge will be an added advantage Review of tender documents, specifications and commercial requirements Coordination with clients, consultants,



vendors and internal project teams

Candidate Profile B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / MEP Engineering

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in MEP billing and planning Robust knowledge of BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis and project planning Tendering experience/knowledge will be preferred Positive command of MS Excel, AutoCAD and relevant billing/planning software Strong communication and coordination skills Immediate joiners are highly preferred

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
