Role: Data Engineer

Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

Required Experience: 3-4 years of hands‑on experience in Data Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data models using Python, SQL, Apache Airflow, and Snowflake.
- Build and orchestrate production‑grade Airflow DAGs for batch and incremental processing, including data ingestion from diverse sources.
- Optimize query performance and warehouse workloads on Snowflake and AWS, ensuring data quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable datasets and document data solutions.

Must-Have Skills/Technologies:

- SQL

- Python

- AWS

Good-to-Have Skills/Technologies:

- Spark / PySpark

- Databricks

- AWS Glue
- Kafka (or other streaming technologies)

- Docker

- Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)

- Strong logical reasoning and analytical abilities
- Positive verbal communication in English
- Ownership and accountability for work outcomes
