About the roleThe Process Coordinator acts as the operational glue between various departments, ensuring that order statuses are monitored from confirmation through to final dispatch. You will be responsible for maintaining accuracy in business trackers and escalating bottlenecks to ensure production and sales targets are met.

A day in the lifeA typical day involves updating process logs in Google Sheets, checking production progress against order timelines, collaborating with procurement for material updates, and drafting operational reports for management review.

Key activities

- Update and manage inter-departmental workflow trackers
- Monitor end-to-end order execution lifecycles
- Escalate operational delays to division heads
- Draft and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Organize operational meetings and track pending action items





ResponsibilitiesPrimary
- Monitor workflow progression across Production, Sales, Procurement, and Quality divisions
- Track order status from customer confirmation to dispatch
- Maintain routine tracking reports and process logs in ERP and Google Sheets

Secondary
- Assist in drafting and updating SOPs
- Record action items from operational meetings
