- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials against delivery documentation
- Utilize designated materials management tooling for receiving materials in real-time
- Escalate discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately to Inventory and Asset Management Team
- Coordinate and execute the movement of materials from receipt location to designated processing and final location within the data center
- Ensure all materials are stored in a secure, organized manner, protecting them from damage/defects
- Maintain accurate labelling and location tagging of materials for easy identification and retrieval
- Maintain full visibility of material status - In transit, received, stored,



or staged for Data Center Ops team
- Follow established material handling, inspection, and safety processes and procedures
- Perform cycle counts, support audits and material reconciliations as required
- Engagement in the pilots and implementation for tooling and processes related to logistical and material management processes
