You will be performing complex queries, and must be able to work effectively with databases.

Additionally, you will be performing database tasks as assigned, creating and revising complex business processes, and writing and following test scripts for data changes.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Well-versed with functionality of a Learning Management System (LMS) and the ability to provide creative solutions to clients based on system exposure 
- Create all monthly, weekly and ad-hoc reports from the Learning Management System (LMS) and distribute according to requests .
- Assist with any regular or ad-hoc metrics and reporting requests
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within LMS by creating and comparing reporting results 
- Ensure data is consistent across all curriculums, sessions, session emails, prerequisites, assignments using Custom Reports 
- Maintain a status list of prioritized reporting requests  Assist LMS Support Team and LMS Administrator with reporting needs 
- Create custom and dashboard reports for Provider Agencies to assist with registration information 
- Train key stakeholders on the team to use the Cornerstone reporting function and create documentation to assist with training 
- Managing escalations/inquiries in a timely manner 
- Strong client relationship handling, ability to lead meetings and calls with stakeholders 




- Co-lead and participate in regular meetings with LMS Support staff, bringing in additional stakeholders as necessary 
- Prepare and manage required documentation 
- Ability to identify process issues through day-to-day work and/or audits and engage appropriate stakeholders to determine resolution 
- Working with SME and manager to prioritize assigned work 
- Ensuring data quality and accuracy by running data audits

Requirements Professionals Requirement:

- Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree 
- 2 - 5 years previous Learning Management System Data Migration experience 
- 1-year prior experience preferably working with Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) LMS systems specifically 
- 1-year prior Data Migration experience in SAP SuccessFactors to Cornerstone (CSOD) 
- Data object mapping & transformation experience for LMS  Knowledge of database management 
- Prior experience partnering with team members and other stakeholders to understand business needs related to training delivery and documentation requirements, and consulting on possible solutions based on LMS functionality 
- Ability to manage priorities to meet assignment deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills  Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills 
- Customer service and problem-solving skills 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
- Solid problem solving & planning skills 
- Microsoft Office skills in Excel, Power Point, Projects, etc. 
