Role Description As a Data Analyst at ProductIn, you will work full time in a remote capacity to support data-driven decisions across training programs and business operations. You will collect, clean, and analyze datasets related to user engagement, course performance, and business metrics, transforming raw data into actionable insights and reports. Daily responsibilities include building dashboards, performing statistical analyses, and developing data models that help optimize product offerings and learner success.

You will collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to communicate findings,



recommend improvements, and track the impact of initiatives. The role also involves documenting methodologies, maintaining data quality standards, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and experience with core data analytics techniques.
- Proficiency in statistics, including descriptive and inferential methods for data-driven insights.
- Ability to design and implement data modeling solutions to support reporting and forecasting.
- Clear and effective communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and spreadsheet software.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and at least one programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
- Understanding of product management or education technology domains is beneficial.
