Job SummaryWe are looking for a Data Analyst – Operations to analyze operational data, prepare reports, identify trends, and provide insights that help improve business performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze operational data from multiple sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Track key operational KPIs and performance metrics.
- Identify trends, gaps, and process improvement opportunities.
- Work with operations teams to understand business requirements and data needs.
- Create and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy of reports.
- Automate recurring reports and improve reporting processes where possible.
- Present data-driven insights to management and stakeholders.
- Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requirements.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, MIS, Operations Analytics, or a similar role.
- Robust knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts).
- Experience with Power BI and dashboard creation.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
