Job Responsibilities Data Analyst / Java / Google Sheets

- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze business and operational data from multiple sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Develop and maintain Google Sheets for data tracking, reporting, reconciliation, and management dashboards.
- Use advanced Google Sheets functions such as QUERY, FILTER, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, ARRAYFORMULA, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and Pivot Tables.
- Automate repetitive reporting and data-processing activities using Google Apps Script.
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Java-based applications, utilities, and data-processing programs.
- Write Java programs for data extraction, transformation, validation, automation, and report generation.
- Integrate data from databases, APIs, spreadsheets, and other business systems.
- Perform data quality checks, identify inconsistencies, and resolve data-related issues.
- Analyze trends, variances, KPIs, and operational performance and provide meaningful insights to management.




- Create automated workflows between Java applications, Google Sheets, databases, and other business tools.
- Maintain data accuracy, security, consistency, and proper documentation.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis based on management requirements.
- Coordinate with IT, Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, and other departments to understand reporting requirements.
- Troubleshoot reporting, application, and data-related issues and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, report formats, data dictionaries, and process manuals.
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve reporting efficiency.
