Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as a Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for working with data to support decision-making and optimize business processes. Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Assist in analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
- Generate reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights.




- Support data-related projects and contribute to improving data processes.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure data security according to company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Ability to grasp concepts quickly and apply common sense in problem-solving.
- Good communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights clearly.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies. • Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve issues.

Work Location: Learntech Edu Solutions Pvt. Ltd. #80 (Old No.4), 'D' Main, East End, 9th Block Jayanagar, Bangalore 560041 Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
