Sr. Health Care Executive – Oncology

Pfizer is hiring for its Oncology team and is seeking an experienced Sr. Health Care Executive to support Medical Oncology brands in Delhi / NCR .

This role is ideal for professionals with solid scientific knowledge and hands‑on experience in oncology field sales, who are focused on building credible, long‑term partnerships with healthcare professionals.

Location: Delhi / NCR

Experience: 5–14 years (Oncology field sales experience mandatory)

Role: Individual Contributor

Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
Build and maintain solid relationships with oncologists and hematologists
Conduct impactful scientific and clinical discussions
Support evidence‑based treatment decisions with relevant clinical insights

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences
5–14 years of pharmaceutical field sales experience
Mandatory experience in Oncology / Medical Oncology
Solid communication and stakeholder‑management skills
