Position: IPD Billing Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IPD Billing Executive to handle inpatient billing, insurance/TPA coordination, and billing documentation accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process IPD patient bills and discharge bills.
Verify charges, packages, discounts, and billing details.
Coordinate with TPA/insurance companies for approvals and claim-related documentation.
Ensure accurate and timely billing and collection of payments.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing, pharmacy, and other departments for billing clarification.
Maintain billing records and resolve patient/attendant billing queries.
Requirements:
Graduate preferred; experience in hospital billing/IPD billing.
Knowledge of TPA/insurance billing and hospital processes.
Valuable communication, numerical, and computer skills.
Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure.
