Job Summary

CareerGenics is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst Intern to join our team in Hyderabad. This internship is suitable for candidates who want to develop practical experience in data analysis, reporting, data visualization, and business insights.

The selected intern will work with the team on real-world data-related tasks and gain hands-on exposure to commonly used data analysis tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, organize, and validate data from different sources.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and practical insights.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data summaries for internal use.
- Work with Excel and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Assist in creating visualizations using Power BI or similar tools.
- Perform basic data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies.
- Support the team in preparing regular and ad-hoc reports.
- Document analysis processes and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to understand business and reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.




- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with structured datasets and identify patterns.
- Good communication and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
- Understanding of data cleaning and data visualization.
- Basic knowledge of statistics and reporting.
