Role Description This is a full time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Noida.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from various internal systems and operational sources to support business decisions. This role involves performing data analysis, building reports and dashboards, and generating insights related to manufacturing performance, quality, and sales trends.

Analyst will work closely with engineering, operations, and management teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.



The role also includes maintaining data models, validating data accuracy, preparing presentations for stakeholders, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and proven experience in data analytics, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify patterns.
- Solid knowledge of statistics and statistical methods for hypothesis testing, forecasting, and performance measurement.
- Experience with data modeling and designing structured data sets to support reporting and business intelligence.
- Effective communication skills to present findings clearly, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document analysis.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one data visualization platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a systematic approach to data quality and validation.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or electrical/electronic engineering environments is an advantage.
