Cutting & Packing Machine Operator – Sandwich Panel

Experience: 3–5 Years | Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical, Fitter, Production

Employment: Full time | Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Operator to operate panel cutting/bandsaw and packing equipment for continuous sandwich-panel production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and set panel cutting/bandsaw machines as per production requirements.
- Ensure accurate length, square cuts and proper edge finish.
- Inspect panels for dimensions, core condition and visible defects.
- Handle stacking, wrapping, strapping, labeling and bundle packing.
- Maintain product identification and traceability.
- Monitor blades, conveyors, sensors and machine condition.
- Minimize cutting loss and packing-material wastage.
- Coordinate with Production, QC and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain cutting, rejection and packing records.
- Follow all safety and housekeeping standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
