Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Cutting List Executive to prepare accurate cutting lists and coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth and error-free furniture manufacturing. The candidate should have good knowledge of furniture components, materials, dimensions, and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate cutting lists based on approved drawings, designs, and production requirements.
- Study furniture drawings and understand dimensions, specifications, and material requirements.
- Prepare detailed component-wise cutting lists for plywood, MDF, particle board, laminate, veneer, acrylic, solid wood, etc.
- Verify measurements, quantities, thickness, and material specifications before releasing cutting lists.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers, Production, CNC, Cutting, and Purchase Teams.
- Ensure cutting lists are prepared according to approved drawings and minimize material wastage.
- Make necessary revisions to cutting lists based on design or production changes.
- Maintain proper records of cutting lists, revisions, and production requirements.
- Coordinate with the cutting/CNC team to clarify technical requirements and component details.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and cutting requirements and resolve them before production.




- Ensure timely release of cutting lists to avoid production delays.
- Support material optimization and wastage reduction.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of furniture manufacturing and production processes.
- Strong understanding of furniture components, dimensions, and materials.
- Ability to read and understand 2D furniture drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
- Good knowledge of plywood, MDF, particle board, laminate, veneer, acrylic, and hardware.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good calculation and measurement skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel for preparing and maintaining cutting lists.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / Graduate in Furniture Design, Interior Design, Production, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience in furniture manufacturing, modular furniture, interior fit-out, or production.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in preparing cutting lists for furniture production will be preferred.
