Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support (US Taxation) role based in Gurugram. The individual in this position will handle customer inquiries related to US taxation, provide timely and accurate information, and resolve issues through phone, email, or chat.

Daily responsibilities include understanding customer concerns, researching tax-related queries, documenting interactions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for complex technical or tax-related issues, maintaining compliance with relevant policies, and contributing to process improvements.



The successful candidate will consistently deliver professional, courteous, and clear communication to customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

- Customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Robust Interpersonal Skills to communicate clearly, build rapport, and manage challenging conversations.
- Ability to provide Technical Support for US taxation-related queries with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Analytical Skills to interpret customer issues, review tax information, and propose effective solutions.
- Knowledge or exposure to US taxation concepts; prior experience in tax support, finance, or BPO is an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills suitable for international clients.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage shifts as required, and handle a high volume of customer interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic computer applications such as MS Office.
