Teleperformance is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support-Voice process representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Duties include answering incoming calls, providing product information, addressing concerns, processing orders, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others. Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required. This is a full time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone for a variety of inquiries and issues

- Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently

- Update customer information in the database accurately

- Follow company policies and procedures while assisting customers
- Meet established customer service goals and metrics
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
