Working Days: 5 Days a Week, 2 Rotational off Shifts : Rotational shift (Including Rotational weekends and holidays)

Salary: ₹20,000 in hand during training and 23,000 after training inhand

Key Responsibilities

Handle chats, or emails professionally. Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, orders, or complaints. Ensure first contact resolution (FCR) and maintain customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

Document all customer interactions accurately in the system. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality guidelines. Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels appropriately. Meet performance KPIs such as AHT, quality, attendance, and productivity.

Stay updated on product/process knowledge through regular training sessions.

Graduate (Any stream). or12th with 6 months experience Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates an apply Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills (English) Basic computer knowledge and typing skills Willingness to work in rotational shifts and 5-day work week (2 weekly offs) Preferred Skills: Customer-centric attitude with empathy and patience. Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in BPO / customer service / voice process is a plus.
