About the Role

Dermalist is looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace and D2C operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce operations along with a robust understanding of PPC, marketplace advertising, paid campaigns, and e-commerce performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces and the D2C website.
Manage product listings, catalogues, pricing, content, inventory, offers and promotions.
Plan, execute and optimize PPC and marketplace advertising campaigns.
Manage and monitor Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads, Nykaa Ads and other relevant platforms.
Monitor key performance metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR, CVR, CAC and sales.
Coordinate with the Performance Marketing team to improve campaign and marketplace performance.
Monitor orders, sales, inventory, returns, cancellations and overall marketplace operations.
Identify opportunities to improve sales, visibility, conversion and marketplace growth.
Coordinate with marketplace teams, warehouse, marketing and other internal teams.




Prepare regular sales, campaign and marketplace performance reports/MIS.
Ensure product listings, images, descriptions, pricing and promotional information are accurate and updated.
Support marketplace promotions, campaigns and new product launches.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations.
Experience working with a D2C, Skincare, Beauty or FMCG brand preferred.
Strong understanding of PPC, paid advertising and marketplace advertising.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and other major marketplaces.
Good understanding of Amazon Ads / PPC campaign management.
Knowledge of e-commerce metrics including ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR, CVR and CAC.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Candidates based in Mumbai or nearby locations preferred.
