Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive Personal Loan business through the DSA channel in the assigned area. The role involves managing sales teams, expanding the DSA network, building strong partner relationships, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Personal Loan sales through the DSA channel across the assigned area.

Manage and guide the sales team to achieve monthly business targets.

Identify, onboard, and manage current DSA partners to increase business volumes.

Conduct regular field visits to meet DSA partners and explore recent business opportunities.

Build and maintain solid relationships with DSA partners and channel partners.

Monitor sales performance, productivity, and disbursement targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.





Track pending applications and resolve operational issues affecting sales.

Ensure compliance with company policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Prepare regular sales reports and monitor area-wise business performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline; an MBA is preferred.

4–7 years of experience in Personal Loan sales, preferably in DSA, NBFC, or banking.

Prior experience in team handling and area-level sales management.

Strong knowledge of Personal Loan products and DSA channel operations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Strong business development and target achievement capabilities.

Willingness to travel extensively and work on the field.
