Role Description The Property Valuer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota, responsible for assessing and determining the market value of residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site inspections, gathering property and market data, analyzing comparable sales, and preparing detailed valuation reports in line with regulatory and company standards. The role involves liaising with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, explain valuation outcomes, and address queries.



The Property Valuer will maintain accurate records, stay updated on local real estate trends and regulatory changes, and collaborate with internal teams to support consulting projects and client proposals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong real estate appraisal and valuation skills, with experience assessing diverse property types.
Candidates should possess effective communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
