Role Description This is a full-time in office Tender Executive cum Manager role based in Kanpur. The role involves identifying relevant tenders, monitoring tender portals, and coordinating the collection of technical and commercial inputs from internal teams. The Tender Executive cum Manager will prepare and review tender documents, ensure compliance with requirements, manage timely submission, and maintain tender-related records and trackers. Responsibilities include clarifying tender specifications, following up on tender status, and supporting negotiation and contract finalization in coordination with senior management. The role also requires reporting on tender performance, supporting process improvements, and collaborating with finance, sales, and operations to ensure accurate and competitive bids.

Qualifications




Experience in tender management, bid preparation, and documentation for government sector projects, especially with the GeM platform for more than 05 years.
Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with online tender portals and e-procurement platforms.
Ability to interpret technical and commercial requirements, with attention to detail and accuracy in compliance checks.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft clear proposals and correspondence.
Positive organizational and time-management skills, including handling multiple tenders, meeting deadlines, and maintaining systematic records.
Analytical and numerical aptitude to compare quotations, evaluate costs, and support pricing decisions.
Collaborative working style, with the ability to coordinate across departments and maintain qualified relationships with clients and vendors.
Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, engineering, or a related field; prior experience in a similar tender or contracts role is essential.
